Q. Can I request my child to be in a team with friends?

We understand wishes of players to play with friends and requests will be considered. However, WVYSL registers approximately 1,000 children and due to the size, it is not possible to honor every request.

A. WYYSL does not dictate to the coach when or where to practice. We urge coaches to have a meeting with the parents so practice and carpooling issues can be discussed.
