Level: CYSA-Cal Soccer League Coast Silver (equivalent to Class 1 Division 2)

We are a hard working, fun loving, competitive team that plays in both spring and fall. We had a very successful season in Fall 2009 in the Delgado A Division with a 7-2-1 record. We also won the Almaden Classic Tournament in October and advanced to the Association Cup Semifinals in December. We are currently preparing to play in the in the new CYSA-Cal Soccer League and plan to be in the Coast Silver division this fall.

The Surf Girls teams started in West Valley in 1997 and have developed strong traditions. We play hard on the field and we also have a lot of fun off the field. Our goal is to teach girls to be strong, confident players and, most of all, to love the beautiful game throughout their lives.

We do have a couple of open slots on our roster for fall and we always welcome prospective players to come out to a few practices and get to know us better.

About WVYSL

West Valley Youth Soccer League (WVYSL) is a non-profit, 100% volunteer organization, serving the youth of West San Jose, Campbell, and portions of Saratoga, Los Gatos, and Cupertino. The league was founded in 1968.

WVYSL is affiliated with California Youth Soccer Association North (CYSA_N), US Youth Soccer, and US Soccer. The league offers recreational, competitive and select level of plays for U8 to U19 players, and Micro soccer for U4 to U6.
