West Valley Olympic America 02 offers an academy style program with tiered teams for boys born after July 31, 2002. We are always looking for passionate soccer players interested in elevating their game to the next level.
We currently have two teams: OA02 Maroon, and OA02 White
This past Spring, our Maroon team was the Poppy Jasper Champion, and placed first in League play.
OA02 White were just crowned Champion at their Spring Cup Tournament!
The teams focus on building technical and tactical skills in a fun environment: training emphasizes individual skills and follows closely established and proven programs like Coerver and US Soccer. We want to develop talent in a positive setting with other motivated kids.
About WVYSL
West Valley Youth Soccer League (WVYSL) is a non-profit (501 (c) 3), and volunteer-based organization, serving the youth of West San Jose, Campbell, and portions of Saratoga, Los Gatos, and Cupertino. The league was founded in 1968. WVYSL offers recreational, competitive and select level of plays for U8 to U19 players, and Micro soccer for U4 to U6.
WVYSL is affiliated with California Youth Soccer Association -- Cal North, US Youth Soccer, and US Soccer
.All WVYSL coaches are mandated to take Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) courses, and uses iSoccer standards for player skill development.
