Silver Lightning 99 will compete at the CYSA Bronze Division and hopes to play multiple tournaments in Spring 2013.
Our experienced coaching staff is NSCAA Level VI and Positive Coaching Alliance certified, and focuses on developing fitness, technical skills, tactical understanding and personal development in a strongly team-oriented environment. We are fortunate to work with dedicated outfield and goalkeeping trainers, both playing at the college level. Players should bring a love of soccer and the commitment to work hard and support their team-mates during all practices and games.
Tryouts: We are interested in trying out strong players – ideally with competitive experience – at all positions.

About WVYSL
West Valley Youth Soccer League (WVYSL) is a non-profit (501 (c) 3), and volunteer-based organization, serving the youth of West San Jose, Campbell, and portions of Saratoga, Los Gatos, and Cupertino. The league was founded in 1968. WVYSL offers recreational, competitive and select level of plays for U8 to U19 players, and Micro soccer for U4 to U6.
WVYSL is affiliated with California Youth Soccer Association -- Cal North, US Youth Soccer, and US Soccer
.All WVYSL coaches are mandated to take Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) courses, and uses iSoccer standards for player skill development.
