All the games have been uploaded to The Arbiter (our referee assignment system) for Referee assignments.

NOTE: If you have to change a home game, you must contact the referee coordinator referee_coord@wvysl.org so the games can be changed in The Arbiter as well. Otherwise there maybe no referee at your game.

- Home-teams are responsible for contacting the Visiting Team with game time and field location.

- First home team on a field is responsible for putting goals/nets up.

- Last home team on a field is responsible for taking goals/nets down and storing/locking them.

All coaches or team representatives are responsible for checking the game schedule by Wednesday of every week for any "League scheduler" game schedule changes. If a change has been made the visiting team needs to be notified immediately in order to give them enough time to make adjustments. Every effort will be made by the "League scheduler" to make game schedule changes with enough advance notice. NO game change will be made after Wednesday of that particular week for a game that following Saturday unless special arrangements are made.

Requested Field Schedule Change

- Requests for game changes (field/time) should be kept to an absolute minimum.

- Any request for changes to the West Valley field schedule need to be received by the scheduler seven (7) days (minimum) before the game date to allow adequate time for updating the schedule and the assignment of referees to the games. Thus, a change request for a Saturday game needs to be received by the preceding Sunday.
