| Recreational (Class 4) Teams:
Recreational Soccer's focus is on making sure that the
players continue to refine their skills and that they
enjoy the game enough to never want to stop playing.
While we keep scores in our games, the focus stays on fun
and improvement. Team work is key to the success
of our Rec program, so the players develop not only as
an individual but as team player. There are no tryouts
for recreational teams.
Class
III (Comp) Teams: Class III is the first level of
competitive play. These teams choose their players
through tryouts. This is usually the first step up from
recreational leagues, for children who want to further
their skills in a higher-level competition. These teams
typically go to a few tournaments each year, with little
or no travel out of the district. Class III teams play
in Delgado League.
Class
I (Select) Teams: Class I is the highest level of
competitive play. These teams also select their players
through tryouts. Class I teams may go to several
tournaments each year, with some travel involved. The
players at this level tend to be very motivated and
often play soccer year-round as their primary sport.
They demonstrate a high skill level and dedication to
the game. Class I teams play in Abronzino League. |
